The Christmas Party is a way of thanking and appreciating McDonald's employees, franchisees and selected suppliers. The creative concept was to transport the participants to an intimate mountain town during the festive season. The phenomenal setting consisted of mock-ups of snow-covered mountain peaks, a dance floor stylized as an ice rink on a frozen lake, a Christmas market, Santa's desk, a reindeer sleigh and a real mountain train, which participants used to travel around the event area. The programme included the obligatory Christmas hits with ‘All I want for Christmas’ at the forefront.
