For our client, JYSK Poland, we organized a three-day event at Folwark Łochów. Nearly 400 people attended the event, and its purpose was to summarize the sales year. To make the time more enjoyable for the conference guests, we organized not only the official part but also a field game, a meeting with the one and only Adam Małysz, an elegant dinner, and a party lasting until morning.

As part of the 33rd Economic Forum in Karpacz, we were responsible for the comprehensive organization of the Cybersecurity Forum. Experts from around the world gathered to discuss the latest challenges and trends in the field of information systems protection. The event featured over 30 substantive activities, including panel discussions, specialized workshops, and a Q&A session.

Three days of meetings, conferences, and presentations took place during the annual AECM event, in which our client, BGK, also participated. In addition to the substantive part of the event, guests were treated to other attractions as well – a spectacular laser show, a formal dinner, a concert by Natalia Kukulska, and the Ice Show featuring an ice sculpting performance.

As part of the "Close for 10 years!" event, Nestlé Purina employees celebrated the 10th anniversary of their factory. This time we prepared something special - a huge, suspended diode, which acted as a display during the official part of the event to turn into a giant disco ball in the evening. Almost 1,000 people enjoyed themselves in the Centennial Hall to the music of Mroz, Stage Fever and an original DJ set. Our agency was responsible for the creation, production and stage-tech design of the event.

We concluded the 2023 festival season with the organisation of the WSPÓŁBRZMIENIA Improvised Music Festival. We moored barges in Czerniakowski Port by the Miejsce restaurant and provided three days of great fun, both on the boats and at the quayside. Performers on stage included: Urszula Dudziak, Wojtek Mazolewski and the Maciej Obara Quartet.

The premiere of the Lexus LS limousine is an exclusive three-day event and a unique project on a global scale. At the premiere of the most prestigious Lexus limousine LS model, award-winning chefs from all over the world flew to Warsaw. Their presence gave 10 Michelin stars. A gala for 320 people, meetings between the chefs and media from Poland and around the world, and an Open Gourmet, where anyone with a pre-purchased ticket could sample the luxury cuisine - the El Padre agency was responsible for all.
