The Gen Free conference annually brings together renowned experts from Poland and around the world, as well as future leaders—socially and politically engaged youth from the countries participating in the Three Seas Initiative. At the 2023 event, El Padre agency was responsible for various aspects including venue rental, catering, branding, stage production, VIP transportation and accommodation for guests from Europe and the USA, simultaneous translation, and video recording. The event, held at the Warsaw University of Technology, was graced by the presence of legendary Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

Conference of Polish State Railways (PKP PLK) titled "Railway – The Transport of the Future." In five thematic panels, decision-makers, representatives, and experts from the railway industry, local governments, academia, and business discussed the development of railway transport in Poland. The El Padre agency was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event.

The PAIH Business Forum is an event organized for the SME sector and its partners—representatives of regions and development institutions. It provides a space for entrepreneurs who want to grow, seek new solutions and ideas, especially in foreign markets. PAIH offers the opportunity to meet experts from over 70 foreign markets, gain practical knowledge, and make business contacts. The El Padre agency had the pleasure of organizing this event.

"Rossmann is US" is an annual road show for the employees of the drugstore chain, held in the largest cities across Poland. The event is divided into two parts: the official segment, which includes discussions and activities for participants, and the unofficial segment, which features a dinner and a party always enhanced by performances from well-known music bands or DJs.

El Padre Agency organized the second edition of the conference “Europe – Poland – Ukraine Rebuild Together 2023,” initiated by the Employers and Entrepreneurs Association and the Warsaw Enterprise Institute. During the event, the situation in Ukraine was discussed over a year after the outbreak of the war. The conference brought together representatives from the governments, ministries, and parliaments of Poland and Ukraine, as well as experts. Topics covered included the financial aspects of Ukraine’s future reconstruction and supporting Polish-Ukrainian cooperation.

Scenography painted with light? Absolutely! During the Volkswagen Financial Services Polska meeting in Łódź, the entire scenography was based on multimedia projections that evolved with each stage of the event. This was complemented by backgrounds painted using architectural lighting on the walls. The unique visual setup created a sense of immersion and built participant engagement.
