For Unilever and the Coccolino brand, we organized a conference combined with an evening gala for over 115 people. The event took place at Hotel Marina Club in the Masuria region. We provided a unique visual setup, excellent cuisine, and great entertainment with concerts and performances.

For Stock Poland, we organized a conference, team-building workshops, and a party at the newly opened venue in Wrocław - Hala Świebodzki. We also produced a joint music video, which premiered during the evening festivities. For the Stock Poland employees, performances were provided by Marek Sierocki and the soul scene legend Linard’s Many Moods, who flew in from New York City.

On behalf of OptiBuy and PSML (Polish Supply Management Leaders), we had the pleasure of organizing the 8th edition of the PROCON/POLZAK 2021 Conference. The event took place at the Crowne Plaza Warsaw - the HUB. As the event partner, El Padre agency was responsible for the conference's direction, production, scenography, graphic and visual design, multimedia, sound, space arrangement, translation, coordination of the conference app creation, and live streaming. The conference was held in a hybrid format.

Top 400 is an annual conference where the company reviews the past year, shares knowledge, and communicates its strategy for the future. Once again, we were responsible for the comprehensive execution of the event.

We were responsible for organizing a three-day meeting for Affidea representatives from across Europe, which took place in Zagreb.

Congress 590 is the largest international conference focused on Polish trade. For four consecutive years, El Padre agency provided comprehensive event services, including logistics and communication, scenography and coordination of six stages, as well as on-site guest management.
