Once again, we organized Health Town for the ORLEN Group. On September 14-15, 2024, at the Orlen Arena in Płock, residents of the city and surrounding areas had access to free medical exams and consultations with doctors and specialists from dozens of medical fields. Over the course of two days, we conducted more than 6,000 exams! There were also entertainment and educational activities for children and seniors.

The Congress ‘History Speaks Across Generations’ was held at the National Stadium in Warsaw. The event was attended by more than 40,000 people. In addition to lectures on the main stage, there was a scientific zone, multimedia exhibitions, film screenings, workshops for the youngest, a Board Games Olympiad or a zone for young programmers in the service of memory. The main objective of the congress was to create a platform for intergenerational integration based on historical education.

The Gen Free conference annually brings together renowned experts from Poland and around the world, as well as future leaders—socially and politically engaged youth from the countries participating in the Three Seas Initiative. At the 2023 event, El Padre agency was responsible for various aspects including venue rental, catering, branding, stage production, VIP transportation and accommodation for guests from Europe and the USA, simultaneous translation, and video recording. The event, held at the Warsaw University of Technology, was graced by the presence of legendary Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

Three Polish cities. Hundreds of engaged people. A lot of work and even more positive emotions. This was the third edition of "Volunteering Week with the ORLEN Foundation," aimed at involving company employees and volunteers in helping various selected institutions across three cities. Among these were the Children’s Health Center in Warsaw, a hospice in Gdańsk, the Animal Shelter in Płock, Caritas Diocese of Płock, the "Give a Tea" Foundation, and the Special Educational and Therapy Center No. 1 in Płock. Once again, the Foundation, and especially its active participants, demonstrated how people can come together in large numbers and with solidarity to support those in need.

During the peak of the third wave of the pandemic, we created and executed a concept to honor nearly 300 firefighting units from across Poland within just 14 days. The circumstances forced us to adopt an unconventional approach for the event. We successfully invited nearly 500 guests to the Grand Theatre of the National Opera, where, surrounded by elegant scenography, we recognized the daily dedication of volunteer firefighters who risk their lives every day to protect others. The event was attended by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and PKN ORLEN President Daniel Obajtek.

On behalf of OptiBuy and PSML (Polish Supply Management Leaders), we had the pleasure of organizing the 8th edition of the PROCON/POLZAK 2021 Conference. The event took place at the Crowne Plaza Warsaw - the HUB. As the event partner, El Padre agency was responsible for the conference's direction, production, scenography, graphic and visual design, multimedia, sound, space arrangement, translation, coordination of the conference app creation, and live streaming. The conference was held in a hybrid format.
