Złote Spinacze Awards Ceremony
Złote Spinacze (Golden Paperclips) is a competition open to all entities executing public relations campaigns. Its aim is to enhance professionalism and raise standards in the PR industry by promoting the best, most creative, and well-executed projects in Poland, as well as educating the business community. We had the pleasure of organizing the Spinacze awards ceremony.
Frontex Conference and fairs
For the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), we organized the Conference and Expo on Modern Training Technologies for Security Services. The event was attended by over 300 participants. We provided audiovisual support, exhibition stand construction, space arrangement, and accommodation for the attendees.
LOT CX Day at LOT
Another successful event is behind us! The theme of the CX Day at LOT was "Passenger in the Spotlight." Why? The main focus of the event was activities that allowed LOT employees to experience the passenger journey firsthand. Guests could receive a ticket to a chosen destination around the world, listen to conversations from the Contact Center, enjoy a coffee, and take a moment to relax before their "journey." Additional attractions included themed panels and workshops, a contest, and an AI photo booth generating images from various destinations.
PKP PLK Jubilee
For PKP PLK, we organized a conference and a jubilee awards ceremony. The event was enhanced by a performance from the band De Mono.
PKP PLK Conference TEN-T
The conference aimed to exchange views in an international forum to further develop the TEN-T network corridors, including the rail line from Greece through Estonia to Helsinki and Scandinavia. The meeting was attended by government officials, ministers from selected EU countries, representatives from the European Commission, and the European Parliament. A total of 250 invited guests gathered at the Copernicus Conference Center.
