ORLEN Health Town
Once again, we organized Health Town for the ORLEN Group. On September 14-15, 2024, at the Orlen Arena in Płock, residents of the city and surrounding areas had access to free medical exams and consultations with doctors and specialists from dozens of medical fields. Over the course of two days, we conducted more than 6,000 exams! There were also entertainment and educational activities for children and seniors.
LEGO Fun in Your Hands
For Children's Day, we built the LEGO® Play Zone, a huge playground filled with iconic bricks and spaces inspired by LEGO sets. The youngest visitors were greeted with creative challenges and tons of fun: constructing buildings, searching for lost minifigures, and even participating in car races. We created four dedicated playrooms where children could enhance their creativity, learn about imaginative building, but most importantly – have a great time. El Padre Agency was responsible for the event's organization and concept.
KOWR #BuyConsciously
We had the pleasure of co-organizing the II Polish Food Festival #BuyConsciously, organized by the National Agricultural Support Center. We were responsible for the setup and supply of two out of three zones – the Exhibition and Life Cooking zones. We built 120 stands, delivered 100 refrigerators, over 100 plants, and as much as 1,100 square meters of structures. A team of 80 people worked day and night to prepare all the installations and deliver the project in less than two days. The event attracted 10,000 attendees.
DHL Portal to the Future
Several months of preparation, three days of installation, six hours of great fun and hundreds of happy participants. This is what the grand opening of the DHL International Logistics Centre under the slogan ‘Portal to the Future’ looked like. DHL's key customers walked through the Portal to the Future, an impressive LED tunnel, took part in the attractions on the other side, and finally saw the facility's full power unleashed with their own eyes by pressing a red button. The event was highlighted by a string concert, delicious catering and shared toasts to foster networking.
ING Hubs Poland Tech Poland
Nie mogło nas zabraknąć na dorocznej gali nagród pracowniczych ING. Wydarzenie zrealizowane zostało w 100 procentach online dla aż 2500 odbiorców ze specjalnego studia zbudowanego na potrzeby nagrania. Cztery plany kamerowe, scenografia fizyczna i multimedialna, atrakcje angażujące pracowników przed galą, w trakcie oraz już po niej dało półtorej godziny programu telewizyjnego.

In a playful twist for a tech company, we proposed an unplugged team-building event. Why? To emphasize that in the midst of technology, it's the human element that matters most. All activities were designed to be entirely analog, focusing on human interaction, dynamics, and synergy.
