The Gen Free conference annually brings together renowned experts from Poland and around the world, as well as future leaders—socially and politically engaged youth from the countries participating in the Three Seas Initiative. At the 2023 event, El Padre agency was responsible for various aspects including venue rental, catering, branding, stage production, VIP transportation and accommodation for guests from Europe and the USA, simultaneous translation, and video recording. The event, held at the Warsaw University of Technology, was graced by the presence of legendary Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

Conference of Polish State Railways (PKP PLK) titled "Railway – The Transport of the Future." In five thematic panels, decision-makers, representatives, and experts from the railway industry, local governments, academia, and business discussed the development of railway transport in Poland. The El Padre agency was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event.

More than 10,000 participants from 175 countries registered to attend the Forum organized under the aegis of the United Nations. The event could be followed on the official YouTube channel and via dedicated Zoom connections. Our agency was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event, including, among other things: preparation and provision of the necessary AV equipment in conference rooms, simultaneous interpretation into six official UN languages, organization of side events, accommodation bookings and transport arrangements for VIPs and speakers, catering services, preparation of an exhibition area for dozens of booths and partner zones of the Forum, and providing over 300 event staff members.

During the annual Technical Congress organized by PKP Energetyka, top specialists and speakers share their knowledge with the company's employees. Thanks to this, PKP Energetyka continues to grow and take on new challenges, in which we are pleased to participate.

On Holocaust Remembrance Day, according to the Jewish calendar (Yom HaShoah), thousands of participants march in silence from Auschwitz to Birkenau, the largest Nazi concentration camp complex. Since 2006, we have been responsible for the comprehensive production of events at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.

Three Polish cities. Hundreds of engaged people. A lot of work and even more positive emotions. This was the third edition of "Volunteering Week with the ORLEN Foundation," aimed at involving company employees and volunteers in helping various selected institutions across three cities. Among these were the Children’s Health Center in Warsaw, a hospice in Gdańsk, the Animal Shelter in Płock, Caritas Diocese of Płock, the "Give a Tea" Foundation, and the Special Educational and Therapy Center No. 1 in Płock. Once again, the Foundation, and especially its active participants, demonstrated how people can come together in large numbers and with solidarity to support those in need.
