Behind us is the 11th edition of one of the largest procurement conferences in this part of Europe – PROCON POLZAK 2024. The event brought together over 400 leaders in the procurement industry, experts, and practitioners from Poland and abroad. The day of lectures concluded with an inspiring keynote speech by Jacek Walkiewicz – a renowned Polish psychologist, motivational speaker, and author, whose presentations attract a wide audience.Following the official program, guests were invited to an evening networking event. As per tradition, there was a foosball tournament with prizes, a photo booth to capture memories, and a captivating performance by a magician. However, the most valuable part of the evening was the unique opportunity to exchange experiences in a relaxed atmosphere. Our agency was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event.

In a beautiful setting on the 42nd floor of Warsaw's Skyliner, with a view of the setting sun, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of Logifact, a company that has been providing design and consulting services in logistics since 1999. After the official part, the guests enjoyed networking, a gala dinner, and entertainment with music by Cover Maniacx. Our agency was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event.

During this year's Economic Forum in Karpacz, we created a zone for the Digital Poland Association. Under the slogan "Let’s talk about technology," experts, as well as representatives of the government and local authorities, discussed various aspects of modern technology. The four main themes of the meeting were #DigitalEconomy, #DigitalLocalGovernment, #DigitalSociety, and #DigitalSchool. Visitors had the opportunity to participate in numerous discussion panels, report presentations, lectures, and, most importantly, engage in conversations with experts and representatives of the most important companies in the new technology sector.

For our client, JYSK Poland, we organized a three-day event at Folwark Łochów. Nearly 400 people attended the event, and its purpose was to summarize the sales year. To make the time more enjoyable for the conference guests, we organized not only the official part but also a field game, a meeting with the one and only Adam Małysz, an elegant dinner, and a party lasting until morning.

As part of the 33rd Economic Forum in Karpacz, we were responsible for the comprehensive organization of the Cybersecurity Forum. Experts from around the world gathered to discuss the latest challenges and trends in the field of information systems protection. The event featured over 30 substantive activities, including panel discussions, specialized workshops, and a Q&A session.

Three days of meetings, conferences, and presentations took place during the annual AECM event, in which our client, BGK, also participated. In addition to the substantive part of the event, guests were treated to other attractions as well – a spectacular laser show, a formal dinner, a concert by Natalia Kukulska, and the Ice Show featuring an ice sculpting performance.
