We had the pleasure of co-organizing the II Polish Food Festival #BuyConsciously, organized by the National Agricultural Support Center. We were responsible for the setup and supply of two out of three zones – the Exhibition and Life Cooking zones. We built 120 stands, delivered 100 refrigerators, over 100 plants, and as much as 1,100 square meters of structures. A team of 80 people worked day and night to prepare all the installations and deliver the project in less than two days. The event attracted 10,000 attendees.

Zeelandia Expo is a gathering of leaders from the confectionery and bakery industries. For the client, it was crucial to create a unique platform for sharing experiences after a three-year hiatus caused by the pandemic and to promote a new line of vegan products in a way that would persuade event participants. For two days, we transformed the Narvil Hotel into both a confectionery and a bakery, immersing guests in a world full of colors, scents, and flavors.

From September 26 to 28, 2023, we had the pleasure of managing the Orlen booth at the New Mobility Congress. Our tasks included designing and producing the booth, creating graphic identification, and providing comprehensive support throughout the event.

Every adult has a child within them. Perhaps that's why setting up the LEGO zone at Poznań Game Arena was so much fun for us. Amidst the excitement (or rather, the play), we even built a four-meter-tall Bowser. It was a day to remember!fairs

For the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), we organized the Conference and Expo on Modern Training Technologies for Security Services. The event was attended by over 300 participants. We provided audiovisual support, exhibition stand construction, space arrangement, and accommodation for the attendees.

We thoroughly enjoy designing and building brand zones for trade shows and exhibitions. Our greatest satisfaction comes when the projects are hard to distinguish from photos of the finished booth. This confirms that we’ve delivered exactly what our clients ordered. At TRAKO 2021 in Gdańsk, attendees could see the booth for ALSTOM designed and constructed by our team.
